Rasayan Connect emerged to fill this gap: a modern B2B marketplace built to streamline sourcing, simplify discovery, and enable smarter buying decisions. With over 60,000 chemical products and 20,000+ verified manufacturers, this platform needed to do more than just list products, it had to power business decisions. The problem

Where things stood.

The chemical and pharma B2B space is historically offline, slow RFQs, endless emails, lack of data visibility. The client wanted to modernize this process. Their existing setup couldn't handle the growing database or allow seamless product discovery. There were also issues around real-time availability, surplus stock visibility, and regulatory compliance support. Simply put, buyers and sellers couldn't connect efficiently, and the platform wasn't scalable or user-friendly enough to solve this at scale.

We crafted a high-performance B2B marketplace using WordPress and WooCommerce, customized for industrial scale. With AWS Lightsail hosting and a fine-tuned SQL database, we ensured fast search functionality and secure data handling. A layered search system, dynamic supplier profiles, and integrated surplus stock listings were added to empower both buyers and sellers. The system also supports documentation uploads for compliance, and a back-end panel allows easy updates by the client team.
